Toledo Farmer’s Market returns this weekend for 32nd annual Flower Day


TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo Farmer’s Market returns this year, kicking off its 32nd annual Flower Day Weekend this weekend.

Local farmers sell on Saturday and Monday during market days. Products include artisanal baked goods, produce, beef, coffee, cheese, and more. Additionally, shoppers can wander and shop in a variety of jewelry, gardening, handicrafts, soaps, candles, and flowers made by artisans.

On Flower Day on Sunday, 30 of the best flower growers and greenhouses in the region will fill the market with their flowers and plants.

Live music and fair food like kettle corn, hot dogs, Italian sausages, gyros, Chinese dishes, burritos, onion rings, french fries and hamburgers are also offered.

Parking is available both along Erie Street in front of Erie Street Market at 237 South Erie St. and throughout the Warehouse District.

The organizers ask all participants to wear a mask. Hand sanitizing stations will be available across the market. People with weakened immune systems are asked to shop on Mondays or online website.

  • Sunday “Flower Day”: 8 am-3pm
  • Monday “market day”: 8 am-2pm
