Lackawannock TWP (WKBN), PA – The crew was called to a crash site with a minivan and buggy.
It happened after 7 a.m. on Thursday morning on West Middlesex Road and Orchard Road in Rakkawa Knock Township.
Four people were thrown from the buggy. They were all taken to the hospital.
One of these victims, a 17-year-old girl, was taken to the UPMC Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.
In Austin Town, a motorcycle hits a deer and slows down traffic
Nobody in the van was injured.
The horse is dead.
The crash blocked the single-lane traffic.
