As we reported earlier today, both of them Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will reopen on August 5th. Disney released the evening menu for each location. Let’s take a look at the reopened menus.
The first course options have been shortened. The sausage board and the beet salad are no longer available.
Both the Porterhouse and the Admiralsturm for two remain on the menu.
Butcher Cuts and Enchances
Four cuts are available, including Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Prime Rib, and Rib-Eye. Each is served with either mashed potatoes, potato and leek gratin or homemade french fries. Those looking for something a little more can order Oscar-style or half-Maine lobster enhancements.
Access to land and sea
In addition to steak, the Yachtsman Steakhouse offers pork chops, seafood cioppino, sweet potato and seasonal mushroom dumplings, pan-fried golden tile fish and Peruvian grilled chicken.
Side dishes include classic steakhouse options like creamed spinach, toasted mushrooms, and truffle fries.
In addition to the previously available chocolate cake from Yachtsman, pineapple coconut tart, strawberry shortcake and crème brûlée have been added.
