McCarthy Lebit Crystal & Liffman Co., LPA, announced the move of its headquarters in downtown Cleveland this summer.

According to a press release, the company signed a lease with Zamir Equities for nearly 27,000 square feet of office space on the top two floors of 1111 Superior Ave., a 28-story office building in Cleveland’s central business district.

“We are delighted to be starting a new chapter in the company’s history in one of the most iconic buildings in downtown Cleveland,” said Robert T. It will definitely be different for us. “

The company has been headquartered on the 18th floor of the Midland Building in Tower City’s Landmark Office Towers for 32 years. According to the press release, the move will allow more growth within the company and the new lease will run for just over 11 years.

“We have grown a lot in recent years and plan to continue growing. So it was time to modernize our offices and create space that would help us deliver more to our customers, ”said director Kenneth B. Liffman leading the company’s move search, said in the press release. “We are getting really great new office space and are investing again in the local economy. It’s an exciting time to be a part of McCarthy Lebit. “
