Whenever I went to the casino and played the slot machines and won a few dollars more, I would forego whether I should continue playing to increase that profit or go away with any extras from the machine for $ 20 in hand. That’s what some do Cleveland Browns Fans are starting to behave in such a way that they prefer the $ 20, rather than the bigger price, when it comes to the next big deal opportunity for the. goes Browns star Nick Chubb runs back.
Of course we fans don’t have much to say, but the Browns’ management and coaches falter on these opportunities and I’m sure I’ll take the smart move to keep him in Cleveland for a long time because they don’t. Don’t see Chubb as a game of chance in your future, as some fans and those on social media would have you believe.
It really bothers me when I hear the people out there in the social media world and some Browns fans start saying that it’s okay to break up with Nick Chubb because …
1. He is only a running back and running backs are interchangeable in the NFL
2. The NFL is now a pass-friendly league and you can’t win a Super Bowl with a running game in the foreground
3. Because Browns Baker Mayfield and Denzel Ward and others have big jobs to do in the near future, we don’t have the resources to pay for a running back like Chubb.
All of this reasoning is just stupid.
Why? Because we’re talking about Nick Chubb and he’s not just some run of the mill. He has meant more to the Browns franchise than any other gamer in the ages.
Obviously Brown’s quarterback Baker Mayfield is very important, but if you hadn’t had Chubb on that team for the past three seasons, these Browns would have been a very different team and wouldn’t have won games like them, especially last season.
What Chubb has achieved for the Browns so far is better than any other former Browns achievement except Jim Brown in team history, and that says a lot when you consider some of the great running backs in Brown history .
