iHeart Media returns to downtown Cleveland.
The company announced today that it is moving its regional offices from the suburb of Cleveland to a new location on Euclid Ave.
The new ten-year lease for a room at 668 Euclid Ave. will host the nine iHeart Media Cleveland radio stations, as well as sales, marketing, digital and total traffic.
Legendary stations like 100.7 WMMS, Newsradio WTAM 1100 AM & 106.9 FM, Majic 105.7, 99.5 WGAR, 106.5 The Lake, 96.5 KISS FM, Real 106.1, 1350 AM Motion. More than 100 employees will also move.

“We are very excited that iHeartMedia will have its regional headquarters in downtown Cleveland and create 100 communications and technology jobs in the 668 building and the historic Euclid Avenue area,” said Joe Marinucci, President and CEO of the Downtown Cleveland Alliance.
The new space will be state of the art and include a street level studio. It will also include 11 state-of-the-art studios and eight service booths for creating news, traffic and podcasts.

“We’re excited to bring our broadcast and digital activities back to the heart of our city,” said Keith Hotchkiss, President of iHeartMedia Cleveland. “Connecting our influencers, marquee talent and operations staff with the downtown business district will further fuel the passion to serve the community we all call home.”
Studio designs are from Beneville Studios and AUX1 Design. The new studios are expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
