Electricity is expected to be restored around 7 a.m., according to the Toledo Edison website. Failures have dropped from more than 1,400 to just 21-100.
TOLEDO, Ohio – More than 1,400 customers in northern Toledo were without power on Friday morning. According to Toledo Edison, there are only 21-100 affected customers.
The outages occurred on Summit St. between Suder and Manhattan, on Turnbridge Rd and near Broadway.
Toledo Edison The cause of the failure is device damage. The power supply is expected to be fully restored around 7 a.m.
Earlier this morning, Toledo firefighters were called for run down wires on Troy Street, just off Summit Street. The neighbors in the area said they heard a big boom and said the pole was on fire.
