Cleveland FBI searching for Wayne County man needed on baby pornography costs

CLEVELAND – The FBI’s Cleveland Division is looking for a Wayne County man accused of distributing child pornography online.

Dennis E. Horn, 69, of Smithville, is accused of knowingly receiving and distributing visual representations of real minors who are sexually explicit and who knowingly own or access child pornography, authorities said.

An arrest warrant was issued against him on Monday.

According to the FBI, an investigation into the matter was opened on Jan. 11 after it was discovered that Horn’s IP address was used to upload exploitative material involving children to the Internet.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts is asked to call 1-877-FBI-OHIO. Reward money is available and tips can be anonymous.
