A well-known Cincinnati health guide received a special honor Thursday night. Dr. A mural was dedicated to O’dell Owens in the CET building in the West End. Owens has made social change across the community through medicine and education. Owens was originally supposed to be honored at a gala event last fall, but the pandemic has pushed those plans back. Nadyaa Betts, a Walnut Hills graduate, designed the mural.
