YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – For the second consecutive year, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Festival in Youngstown has been canceled.
There are still concerns that the event could be held due to COVID-19.
Instead, there will be a raffle for the Festa Italiana 2021. Tickets are $ 10 each and there will be a raffle on October 11 for three cash prizes.
The church hopes that the festival can continue next year.
