Knights of Columbus sponsors youth basketball free throw contest

Notre Dame Council 10514 in Flagler Beach, Mother Seton Council 17480 in Palm Coast, and St. Mary’s Council 11961 in Bunnell hosted the annual Knights of Columbus Free Throw Championship at the Carver Community Center in Bunnell on February 13, 2021. Florida. Local youth aged 9 to 14 attended the event. Eli Emanual, Carver Facilities Director, and Knights of Columbus volunteers were on hand to greet and register attendees. At the end of the competition, both the teenagers and the parents present were served hot dogs and chips to support them.

The winner from each age category has the opportunity to compete in the Regional Knights of Columbus basketball championship in Middleburg, Florida.
