CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – A. Flash flood monitoring was issued for Counties Stark, Trumbull, and Tuscarawas through Wednesday evening.
The remains of ‘Fred’ will arrive early in the day and will mostly affect the eastern half of Ohio.
Otherwise, some local showers and rumblings will be generated during the heating times during the day.
We will still see highs around 80 degrees.
Patchy storms are to be expected on Thursday and Friday.
