The NFL draft for 2021 is due to take place in Cleveland in April. Now we know when to choose the Browns.

After Losing 22-17 to the Chiefs In the second round of the playoffs on Sunday, the Browns officially have the 26th first-round election.

You will have that choice regardless of who wins Sunday night’s game between the New Orleans Saints and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

As a reminder, the first tiebreaker for teams with the same regular season record is the strength of the schedule. The Browns had the same regular season record as the Baltimore Ravens. But because the Browns had an easier schedule this season, they’ll vote higher than the Browns.

Baltimore will have 28th choice if the Saints lose. The ravens have 27th choice if the buccaneers lose.

Head-to-head matchups in the regular season do not play a role in the draft contract.
