A Cincinnati man uses his stimulus check to help others in need during the COVID-19 pandemic. Manuel Foggie, who lives in the area, said he was blessed not to miss a meal during this pandemic, but knows that many others are struggling to keep up with the bills. He decided to use this last federal government stimulus payment to give something back. He woke up at 6 a.m. on Saturday to put together 200 spaghetti dinners with bread, salad, and a biscuit. And he stopped in the greater Cincinnati area to distribute them. “I was at work on Monday just thinking how blessed I have been during this pandemic that I haven’t missed a meal.
