TOLEDO, Ohio – Two men are in hospital tonight after a single vehicle rollover in west Toledo early Saturday.
A driver heading south on Douglas Road lost control shortly before 2 a.m. when he was driving too fast. The car overturned and hit a tree in a courtyard at the junction of Ozark and Douglas Streets.
The passenger was taken out of the vehicle by the crews of the Toledo Fire & Rescue Department. Both men were taken to the hospital.
The full extent of their injuries is currently unknown.
According to a local sergeant from the Toledo Police Department, alcohol was said to have been a factor in the accident.
The crash is being investigated.
