YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown police are looking for a man who was reported missing Wednesday.
Alvin Ward left his home on the 900 block on W. Laclede Ave at around 6:30 pm. gone and did not return.
Ward is a black man, 5’9 “tall, 160 pounds, and bald with brown eyes.
Police say Ward has dementia.
