YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio – EV charging stations should be popping up around town over the next several months as agencies push ahead with installation work and design plans. “We’re going to be doing design work soon,” said Chuck Shasho, the city’s assistant director of public works. “We want to install them by winter or spring.” The city plans to install two level 2 charging stations on the corner of the parking lot next to fire station No. 1
