U.S. Marshals looking for Cleveland man accused of capturing man 9 occasions, robbing him in East Cleveland


CLEVELAND Ohio – The US Marshals Service is looking for a 19-year-old man accused of shooting another 19-year-old man nine times before robbing him in East Cleveland in November.

Elijah Lipford of Cleveland is wanted for attempted murder, aggravated assault and robbery in a house on Lockwood Avenue near Phillips Avenue on November 19, 2020, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals.

Lipford is considered armed and dangerous.
