Sluggish heat up, few rain possibilities return to Columbus space for subsequent 7 days

  • Tonight: Few clouds, low 62
  • Wednesday: Mostly sunny start, few o’clock pop-ups, high 83
  • Thursday: Mostly sunny, high 85
  • Friday: Mostly sunny, high 86
  • Saturday: Partly cloudy, high 87

Good tuesday evening,

It will be a calm evening tonight with a few scattered clouds and lows in the upper 50s to lower 60s. We’ll see the sunshine giving way to more clouds and a few isolated storms later in the day on Wednesday, with highs in the lower 80’s.

It seems the Thursday and Friday unrest will continue to push east, leaving us with more sunshine and highs into the mid-80s. I expect temperatures will rise to the upper 80s by the weekend with lots of sunshine.

On Sunday there will be partly cloudy skies, with some isolated pop-ups late and highs in the upper 80s to near 90. We will see better chances for storms as the high pressure will peak in our area for the beginning of next week with highs of humidity and warmth drifting in the lower 90s on Monday and Tuesday with isolated afternoon storms.
