CLEVELAND – Today is the 30th annual homeless stand-down event. It’s an event where Cleveland shows it’s about the less fortunate in town.

Usually it’s a large, one-day event in the Cleveland Public Auditorium where people can get free services like haircuts, medical supplies, and meals.

Due to the pandemic, volunteers are instead making care packages that are filled with essentials like clothing, non-perishable food, bus passes, and items that people dealing with homelessness know are cared for and loved.
