Man stabbed at Rockin’ Cigar Bar at Cincinnati Leisure District

A man was stabbed to death in the Cincinnati Avenue entertainment district in West El Paso.

El Paso police said a man was injured.

The stinging occurred at the Rockin ‘Cigar Bar & Grill on Cincinnati Ave. 226 near the University of Texas at El Paso.

El Paso County’s bars remain closed but can open their doors when they are serving food.

When Governor Greg Abbott closed bars across the state for the second time last year due to rising COVID-19 numbers, the owner, Frank Ricci Jr. defied orders and remained open.
