Stool is said to be an outlier, officials said. She disappeared after she was arrested in Cincinnati’s District 2 and taken to 2020 Auburn Avenue. According to the police, stool ran away when her guardian picked her up. She was last seen by police and her guardian in the Evanston neighborhood of Cincinnati. Investigators say they believe she might be in her boyfriend’s company, even though her grandmother has no information on who or where he might be.
