GlideFast Consulting, a Massachusetts-based IT consulting company for the ServiceNow software platform, today announced the acquisition of Cincinnati-based CloudPires.
Fast Consulting is an elite ServiceNow partner and professional services company providing solutions and professional services for ServiceNow implementations, integrations, managed support services, application development and training. CloudPires is an elite ServiceNow partner that is also expanding the workforce.
The transaction closed on March 31st and the CloudPires brand does not persist. CloudPires’ 50+ consultants will join GlideFast, bringing the total to 250.
