Seventh Son Brewing did it again. After the sour expansion of Antiques on High, the brewery went international for a third concept.
The Getaway Brewing Company It will officially open on Saturday May 29th at 108 N. High St., Dublin.
Dublin Bridge Park has brought some initial attempts at the brewery. At Getaway, various new types of beer are presented at the Getaway, including light and crispy rice lager, tuk-tuk, rustic black lager, ash cave, dry German Pilsener and alpine architecture.
The menu spans Seventh Son’s portfolio, including flagship brewery beer, Kitty Poselzer, and antique highlights. The selection of cocktails and wines completes the 36-tap offer.
Some beer also flows directly from the tank into the glass.
“We make draft beer in the seventh sun, come here to ferment and refine, and get it out of the tank. That hasn’t been done before, ”says co-owner Colin Castor.
The short break takes care of drinks, but the food is served by the brewery’s neighbors. With Condard, The Avenue and The Pearl all close by, you can take your meals with you wherever you go.
