COLUMBUS, Ohio (WKBN) – Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced that the Bureau of Criminal Investigation referred an April investigation into a fatal police shootout in Columbus to Franklin County Attorney Gary Tyack.
Filming with Miles Jackson on April 12, 2021 took place at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Hospital in Westerville when officers patted Jackson, against which the arrest warrant was issued.
