CLEVELAND – A car dragged a Cleveland police officer during a traffic stop on the west side of town Thursday night, a department spokesman said.
The officers stopped a car near W. 32nd and Clark Avenues. The driver was ordered out of the car but ignored the officers, threw the car in the air and dragged an officer down the street, Cleveland Police said.
The officer got out of the car and the driver then tried to drive away and ran into a Cleveland police patrol car.

The officers have not been able to locate the car since the incident, the police said.
According to the police, the dragged officer was treated for “minor injuries”. The investigation continues.
