Toledo, Ohio – A 15-year-old child is recovering after being shot dead in north Toledo Monday night.
The crew took it to St. Vincent Hospital at 11:50 p.m. and answered the call of the gunshot wounded victim. Police reported that the 15-year-old boy was with a group of people outside of East Hudson Street and Elm Street when he heard the gunshots.
One teenager noticed that he was struck by bullets and taken to the hospital in his private car. His injury is not considered life-threatening.
Shotspotter warnings were confirmed near this location around the same time.
A teenager was shot dead for the second time in a row in Toledo on Monday. On Sunday, 16 years old was shot East Toledo.
The victims are also expected to make a full recovery.
