Stay weather conscious as spring storms return to the area this week

Spring storms are in our forecast again as the weather pattern becomes uncertain by the end of the week.
What you can expect:
Tonight: dry and mild. Lows close to 60.
Wednesday: The clouds are moving in again and there may be showers or storms in the afternoon and evening. Some may be strong. Highs in the upper 70s.
Risk of strong storms:
The likelihood of storms will increase until Wednesday afternoon, when the first wave sweeps through the region. The risk of gusty winds and heavy rain will be the main threat. The tornado threat is low, but not zero. The second wave will continue into the evening and into the early Wednesday evening.
Maintain Weather Alert through Thursday while this storm’s system rushes through the area.
