After a cold start in the morning, luckily we are expected to warm up to the mid-30s with increasing clouds above freezing. Regarding rain or snow, we watch our next system come in the morning tonight. As warmer air comes along, we have the chance that some rain will mix with the snow. This will take all day Monday which could make the streets muddy at times. On Tuesday morning we were able to see light snow build-ups of up to 2 inches, but with the rain that could obstruct the snow totals. The winds will also be on the stormy side, making Monday and Tuesday feel uncomfortable and even colder. We stay in the middle of the week with highs in our 40s above freezing, which feels like a nice warm up!
