It’s a new season for the New York Giants, but they still need help on the offensive – a problem that has been around for a decade.
Kyle Murphy was carted off the field with an ankle injury against the Jets on Saturday night, Zach Fulton retired during training camp, Nate Solder is returning after dropping out of the 2020 season for health reasons, and Shane Lemieux had an early fright with a knee injury .

Kenny Wiggins fought the Jets, as did Chad Slade. Matt Peart also got off to a difficult start, but Andrew Thomas and Will Hernandez both looked solid.
With all of that and a lot of uncertainty about the position, the Giants are likely to add some offensive line help ahead of their next preseason game against the Cleveland Browns.

With squad cuts pending in the next few days and weeks, there could of course be some surprise players who will be waived or released so that the Giants could try to rush into this market as well.
