Columbus police said the shooting occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the 2000 block of Jane Avenue.
COLUMBUS, Ohio – A woman was shot dead Sunday morning at her home in northeast Columbus.
Columbus police officers were called to the Jane Avenue house on the 2000 block at around 2:30 a.m. to report a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found 45-year-old Tearicka Cradle shot dead inside. Doctors pronounced her dead at the scene.
A witness told police the suspect drove off the premises in a dark SUV.
