JLL picked to lease The Strietmann Middle mixed-use constructing in Cincinnati

JLL was selected to rent the Cincinnati landmark for innovation and culture. The Strietmann Center, in the name of Grandin properties.

Located at 231 W. 12th St., Cincinnati, the property includes 77,434 square feet of Class A office space and 13,848 square feet of retail and restaurant space. The office rental effort is led by JLL Senior Vice President Michelle Klingenberg.

The Strietmann Center, originally built in 1899, impresses with its unique, stylish architecture. As part of the current renovation of the iconic building, architectural features are combined with modern chrome, concrete and wood floors. The building, which has been renovated with sustainability in mind, is Gold LEED certified and has the first solar modules installed in downtown Cincinnati.
