CAMPBELL, Ohio (WKBN) – Some residents woke up Sunday morning with no power.
According to First Energy, about 1,500 residents on the east side of Youngstown and in the Lincoln Knolls known to us were initially affected.
Crews arrived at both Campbell and Youngstown to correct the problem.

A total of 3,973 residents across Mahoning County witnessed the effects of the blackout around 8 a.m. About an hour later, the number of households without electricity fell to 669, less than 1% of the district customers, then to fewer than five in the region.
The crews expected the power to return completely by 10:30 a.m.
First Energy said they cleared a tree that fell on some wires, causing the failure.
