YOUNGSTOWN – The Boys & Girls Clubs of Youngstown are partnering with Mercy Health to offer free COVID-19 vaccinations on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the 2105 Oak Hill Ave facility.
People aged 12 and over can be vaccinated. Recipients must bring valid ID, wear a mask, and maintain reasonable social distance.
“It was important to us to offer our club families, friends and neighbors a convenient vaccination point,” said Wanda Wellman, director of resource development and marketing, in a press release. “So many of our students and summer camp members are between 12 and 18 years old, and we hope that they and their families will take this opportunity to receive the vaccine.”
