LOS ANGELES, Calif. (WOIO) – Former Cleveland pitcher Trevor Bauer was the subject of a warrant filed last year by an Ohio woman Washington Post.
The report comes while the Los Angeles Dodgers’ pitcher is being examined after another woman said it was in July sexually abused her in California. This woman was granted temporary protection order in Los Angeles.
Now a second woman has come forward, claiming that Bauer hit and choked her during sex in 2017 without her consent when he was playing for the Indians, they say Washington Post. The woman applied for a protection order in June 2020, the Post reported after the woman said she received threatening text messages from Bauer, who was playing for the Cincinnati Reds at the time.
The Post said they checked both sealed court documents related to the interim protection order and threatening messages.
For his part, Bauer went to Twitter on Saturday to deny the allegations.

IIn July, Bauer was placed on seven-day paid administrative leave as the League investigated California allegations of sexual assault against him.
The MLB said the administrative leave was not a guilty verdict and Bauer did not appeal the decision.
TMZ Sport reported that the California woman in Los Angeles had been granted a restraining order against Bauer for alleged assault.
Bauer’s attorney reportedly denies the allegations.
“Mr. Farmer had a brief and fully consensual sexual relationship that of [the woman] starting April 2021, ”Bauer’s attorney said in a statement shared by ESPN’s Jeff Passan on Twitter.
“All allegations that the couple’s encounters were not 100% amicable are baseless, defamatory and are refuted to the fullest extent of the law,” wrote Bauer’s attorney.

Bauer currently plays for the Dodgers on a $ 102 million three-year deal signed in 2021 that makes him one of the highest-paid sports players per year.
He played for the Cleveland Indians from 2013 through the first half of 2019 before finishing the season with the Cincinnati Reds.
