YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A warrant was issued earlier this month for the suspect for arson in a South Side shop.
Jamon Winphrie, 23, is charged with arson, a fourth-degree crime. The arrest warrant was submitted to the district court on Wednesday.

Winphrie is accused of setting fire to the drive through of Big A, 2525 Glenwood Ave., around 1:30 a.m. on June 21st.
The fire department was able to prevent the fire from spreading to the rest of the store, but the rear was badly damaged.
Investigators were able to identify Winphrie based on surveillance recordings. He has yet to be taken into custody.
