Reed Buckner Sr., 84, of Cleveland, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021.
He was of Christian faith and connected to the Church of God. Reed loved the music of the Lord, the Church, and the gospel.
He enjoyed gardening, gardening, and porch with family and friends. He never missed an opportunity for a good deal.
He enjoyed his retirement years and spent time with his loving 64-year-old wife, children and grandchildren.
Reed was preceded in death by his parents, Callie and John Buckner; and his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife Alda Buckner; Son Reed (Teresa) Buckner Jr .; Daughters: Barbara (Neal) Dover and Patricia (Ed) Rodden; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The visitation took place on Tuesday, March 2nd, 2021 at Tree of Life Church. The service was held at 6 p.m., with Pastor Russell Coffey officiating.
The funeral will take place today at 11 a.m. in Conasauga Cemetery
