One is a brewery and the other is an event venue

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Youngstown’s Design Review Committee will review two projects for approval Tuesday.
Penguin City Beer plans to paint its building and use the slogan “Hard times don’t last, hard cities do”.
There are also plans to add another slogan entitled “A solid beer for solid people”.
The other project is in the Stambaugh Auditorium and the renovation of the entrance from Fifth Avenue.
Stambaugh still needs $ 1.5 million for the project. The plan is to lay the foundation stone later in the spring.
