The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is seeking help from the public in gathering information about a collision after a body was discovered on a freeway near Cleveland County Sunday morning. The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. on State Highway 39 on Okay Road, east of the Cleveland County and Pottawatomie County lines. Oklahoma Highway Patrol officials said they received a call from a passing driver that a man was dead on the street.
