CLEVELAND, Ohio – Temperatures will jump Tuesday, with highs in both the Cleveland and Akron areas going back to the mid-1980s.
It will also be mostly sunny, but the humidity won’t be very high so it shouldn’t get too uncomfortable, according to the National Weather Service. Conditions get breezy, especially in the afternoon, as the wind gusts are around 25 mph in Akron and around 30 mph in the Cleveland area.
The wind will remain constant until evening and the cloud cover will increase. The chance of showers and thunderstorms will be close to 50 percent by midnight, 75 percent in the Akron area and 85 percent in Cleveland by 3 a.m. on Wednesday.
Showers and thunderstorms can occur on Wednesday morning before it finally subsides in the afternoon.
