Cleveland Indians discuss security tips for return to Progressive Subject this season

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WJW) – The Cleveland Indians work with the Cleveland Clinic for health and safety guidelines for fans wishing to return to Progressive Field for the 2021 season.

The Cleveland Indians announced Thursday that they were studying the latest research Cleveland Clinic Pandemic Response Team.

“Providing health and safety advice is an important step we can take to make our community safer as we work to resume activities we enjoyed before the pandemic,” said Dr. James Merlino, Cleveland Clinic’s Chief Clinical Transformation Officer.

The partnership includes health and safety training for staff as well as recommended guidelines and disinfection schedules for progressives.

More detailed recommended protocols and procedures will be announced at the beginning of the season.

The 2021 Major League Baseball season is slated to begin April 1st.

Fans were not allowed because of the 2020 season because of progressive field Coronavirus.
