YOUNGSTOWN – United pastors, ministers and church leaders from Greater Youngstown Against the Violence will host a Stop the Violence march and prayer walk on the West Side of the city on Sunday.

At 1:30 p.m., participants will gather at the corner of Mahoning Avenue and Fernwood Avenue (in the back parking lot of the Hair World Store).

The march is designed to see residents pray for peace in the city and against the violence that has infected the neighborhoods, organizers said in a press release.
