Youngstown police investigating taking pictures of three victims

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – Police are investigating after three victims were shot dead in Youngstown.


Arrest warrant for a man charged with attempted rape in Boardman

The officers were called to the 100 block on Willis Avenue at around 7 p.m. Friday.

Family members said 17-year-old Christa Harrison was shot in the neck. She was taken to the St. Elizabeth Health Center and then flown to a hospital in Pittsburgh.

Her mother said the bullet went through her neck and out of her spine. She said Harrison was a cute girl and never had any problems.

Police said during their investigation that two other women had gone to hospital with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.

The police did not identify the victims.

So far this year 32 people have been injured in shootings in the city.

Tips that result in an arrest and prosecution in this case can be cashed, according to the Youngstown Police Department.
