YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) – A new restaurant is now open at 20 Federal Place in downtown Youngstown. It’s called Top Notch Meals, where they serve breakfast foods all day.
Vershanda Black is the owner. She said everything was made from scratch.
“It means a lot. I’ve always wanted to do that, and I could just get out of here and do it. I have the team, my mom, my sisters, brothers, my kids and cousins, everyone,” said Black.
Black said she wanted to open a restaurant because of her love of cooking and she was getting a lot of support.
