YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (MyValleyTributes) – Margaret Kramer, 86, passed away peacefully with her family at her home on Saturday, September 4, 2021.
Margaret was born on November 25, 1934 in Youngstown to the late Andrew and Margaret (Nagy) Gonci.
In 1952 she graduated from Chaney High School.

She worked for Bell Telephone and then worked in the Youngstown City School System before retiring from the Board of Education office as a secretary.
She was a devout Catholic and belonged to the St. Matthias Church, where she previously belonged to the Altar and Rosary Society.
She enjoyed camping at Western Reserve Campgrounds with her family. She was the true matriarch of her family and the glue that held everyone together.
Margaret leaves her beloved 65-year-old husband John, whom she married on June 16, 1956, to preserve her memory; their children, Dr. Daniel (Julie) Kramer from Valrico, Florida, Jack (Coleen) Kramer from Las Vegas, Nevada, and Linda (Rob) Ariza from Boardman; her grandchildren Kaitlin (Andy) O’Malley, Haley Kramer, Megan Kramer and Jordan McDede and her sister-in-law Mary Gonci.
In addition to her parents, her brothers Robert and Andrew Gonci preceded her in death; her father and mother-in-law, John and Mary Kramer and their brothers-in-law and sister-in-law, Bernie and Lucille Kramer and Rudy and Irene Hudak.
The family has entrusted the care of Margaret to the Kubina-Yuhasz-Wasko funeral home, where she will receive friends on Thursday, September 9, 2021, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
A Christian funeral service will take place on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in St. Matthias Church.
She is buried in Calvary Cemetery.
